  On the other hand we had sent a repair form about the rangehood 3 YEARS AGO NO ONE CARE at all! The bond transfer form were rejected twice. We had to contact previous tenant ourselves to solve it.

  The rent was always paid to stockdale and leggo and I received the letter of evacuation from stockdale and leggo and now they deny their responsibilty to inspect the property and put through the bond form and I have been chasing the owner for 3 weeks to check the property and lodge the form. Why would you go to a realestate agent then if they are not going to facilitate anything for you and get you into this hassle with the owner?

  At the start of the rent the unit was too dirty and the toilets disgusting and I was just told that the unit was closed for a long time and did not do anything about it.

  Not recommendable!!!!!! Can I give a big ZERO????? The receptionist lady C was so rude when we applied and did not listen to us. She is not in the mood of working. When we asked for details, she said we were not in a good manner. My friend tried to spell the name, she couldn’t follow and shouted at us. OMG!!! That is not professional.

  The inspect guy came the next week (knock the door like junk), picked on the floor, kitchen and lawn with a 14days warning (even we got overall 65 inspection rating).
