  I was waiting for the 3.40 bus in Swallow Grove with my granddaughter and gave up standing in the cold at 3.52. Normally the bus passes my place like clockwork. How do they inform people of non running services, given the buses are 1 hour apart.

  This morning at Traralgon Sheel service station bus stop, my wife was waiting for the 11.33 bus to Morwell, she sees the bus approaching, stands up, motions for the bus to stop, he flashed his lights and kept going. So she chased it up the road as he had to stop at the traffic light's and asks to be let on. The bus driver abbused her and said he cannot let her on as the bus is not at the bus stop WTF.
