  had a great experience with this real estate friendly staff looked after the property really well recommended a great landlord to me and got me a great property brilliant experience would recommend them just be careful of who you deal with in this real estate one of the desk clerks is really slack but if you get the right one they are really quick i had a approval in two hours and the exhaust fan in the bathroom had no blades when i moved in they had it replaced in a reasonable time also the same with the smoke alarm and tiles in the bathroom the flat was very clean and tidy when i got the key for it and it was well presented and i had a good experience with.

  Never fixed anything in the house at all but wanted top dollar... my 13 month old daughter got a severe cut on her foot in the shower because the base was split and the bath plug didn't function... they didnt replace either and i ended up replacing the plug mechanism to protect my daughter and myself as i was pregnant and then at the end of the lease the took money out of my bond for paying for the new plug and fixing a severe leak under the sink that they knew about after my daughter slipped and split her eye brow and because i paid for those they took $250 from my bond.. even tho i had a professional plumber fix sink and teplace the plug... worst real estate EVER

  If you have a mental illness, be prepared to be discriminated against.. As soon as my lease was up and I vacated I was treated completely different. So if you'd like to be spoken down to and like to beg for someone to stop talking to you nastily/rudley after having said multiple times u are mentally unwell, then it's the best place for you!
