  To say the level of service this real estate agency provides is less than average would be a compliment. They make you feel like you have to manage your property manager and seems like a constant battle. Not only that but when I first bought my property several years ago the owner himself was incredibly condescending to me being a young female.

  Horrible, worst Real Estate Agency around. No wonder they have no real estate agents listed on their web site, as no one would want to be associated with it, not even their own staff. They have no email contact address available, as they would be overwhelmed with emails from unhappy landlords and tenants alike. This business should be closed, it's a lost cause. Do not consider any properties available through them, you are just wasting your time and will get stuffed around to no end.

  I have since changed agents due to their complete and utter incompetence and terrible service (if you would even call it that). I was hung up on by a property manager because I was following up on my outstanding queries where I had not received any response from them.

  Because of these pathetic people myself and my 3 children under 3 are going to be homeless in two weeks because they will not stop bad mouthing me to other real estates when I've been nothing but an amazing tenant who has always paid on time and my house is spotless! Absolutely furious please stay away from them at all costs!!!!

  They would advise me of maintenance that was required for my property, but when I would request quotes they would rarely come back to me. For the past 5 years or so my property had a roof leak and I was advised several times and I asked for quotes on every occasion, I never once received any quotes.

  I dealt with these guys for almost 6 years. In the beginning it was a battle to ask them to carry out the routine inspections on my property. I would have to request an inspection and then follow up many, many times. Due to the understandably high turnover of staff and having to speak with a new property manager most of the time would drew this out even longer.
